The Beginning

Overcoming adversity as a young kid,

Founder and CEO Nick Anderson found redemption through basketball. His journey from a troubled youth to a college athlete inspired the creation of The Lab Hoops in 2021.

Our mission is to help underserved youth in the Twin Cities gain vital mentorship and life skills through the discipline of basketball, so they can overcome barriers and achieve lifelong success.
