Through our Whole Life360™ model, we design curriculum, integrate data-informed tools and emerging technology, and partner with organizations to modernize how youth grow, learn, and thrive across life stages.
Our mission is to support underserved youth in the Twin Cities through a holistic development model that builds confidence, emotional resilience, academic engagement, and career readiness.

Nick Anderson is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Learning & Development Officer, bringing over seven years of experience in athlete coaching and youth development. A Twin Cities native, he graduated from Washburn High School in Minneapolis, where he was a four-year varsity starter and earned multiple All-Conference and All-Tournament honors. He continued his athletic career on a basketball scholarship at Murray State, gaining experience in high-performance, team-oriented environments.
Nick has been a member of the Perkins Development Club since 2011, supporting long-term athlete development and community engagement. In his executive role, he leads organizational strategy and designs learning systems that develop skill, discipline, and leadership in young athletes on and off the court.

Brittany Clausen, MSW, LGSW
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Brittany Clausen, MSW, LGSW brings extensive experience as a social worker, executive business consultant, and pre-licensed mental health therapist, with a background supporting nonprofits, healthcare, government, and community-led organizations.

At The Lab Hoops, Brittany leads operations and integrates a trauma-informed, whole-person approach into programming and wellness—ensuring youth and families build resiliency through helpful tools so that youth are prepared for success in life beyond the game.

Neesha Moore is a youth development and athletics professional with a strong background in coaching, academic support, and program operations. She holds degrees in Sport Management from the University of Minnesota and the University of Kansas and brings experience across collegiate athletics and community-based recreation programs.

Neesha has supported youth and student-athletes through mentorship, life-skills development, and structured programming in both Division I athletic settings and city recreation programs. She is passionate about helping young people build confidence, discipline, and clear pathways toward education, athletics, and long-term success—on and off the court.

Dwight Anderson
LEAD COACH +
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT INSTRUCTOR
Dwight Anderson is an experienced Basketball Trainer who works with athletes of all ages and abilities to develop their skills and confidence.
As a highly accomplished athlete, he was an ESPNU-ranked top-10 Minnesota recruit and played college basketball at Gillette Junior College and Georgia College, where he was recognized as a 3-Time Boys Basketball Minneapolis All-Conference star. Dwight holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technology, giving him a strong foundation in teaching and lesson planning.
He has extensive experience as a Physical Education teacher and youth coach, specializing in creating engaging, fun, and effective instruction that helps children build a health and wellness foundation. Dwight is passionate about fostering positive environments and uses his expertise to support the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional learning of young people.
